From Route 17/ Interstate 86 (Elmira, Corning, Campbell)
Route 17 west toward Bath. Exit 38 Bath/Hammondsport. After exiting, take a right toward intersection. Take a right at the light onto W. Morris St. Take first left into the Page Orthopedic & Sports Physical Therapy/Five Star Bank parking lot. Front entrance is on the front side of the building. Take stairs or elevator to the second floor.
From Route 17W/Interstate 86 (Hornell, Avoca)
Take 17E toward Bath. Exit 38 Bath/Hammondsport. After exiting, turn left at the stop sign toward intersection. Take first right at the stop light and then left into the Page Orthopedic & Sports Physical Therapy/Five Star Bank parking lot. Front entrance is on the front side of the building. Take stairs or elevator to the second floor.
