Our facility: Page Orthopedic & Sports Physical Therapy is a well equipped office serving the central Steuben County region. Our office consists of 2100 sq. ft. in the second floor of the Five Star Bank located at 323 W. Washington St. in Bath, New York. The office is accessible from W. Morris St. The Page Orthopedic & Sports Physical Therapy entrance is located on the west side of the building.
Page Orthopedic & Sports Physical Therapy offers plenty of free parking in a well lit lot, and is handicapped accessible. An elevator is located inside the front entrance.
- What do you need to bring?
Please bring your prescription provided to you by your referring physician, written referral/authorization if required by your insurance carrier, your insurance cards for primary and/or secondary insurances, and your copay/co-insurance. Copays are expected at the time of each visit.
- What do you need to wear?
Please bring comfortable clothing. Shorts are appropriate for evaluation of the lower extremities (hip, knee, foot). Gowns are available if necessary for spinal and shoulder evaluations.
- Our Equipment:
Page Orthopedic & Sports Physical Therapy uses an array of testing, cardiovascular, and strengthening equipment including a Horizon recumbent bike, and elliptical trainer, Cybex UBE, True treadmill, Body Solid inner/outer hip, knee extension/hamstring curl, and leg press/calf raise machines, Cybex seated row, pulleys, dumbbells, cuff weights, and strengthening bands/tubing. Other modalities provided include electrical stimulation, ultrasound, TENS, spinal decompression, Infrared light, whirlpool, moist heat, cryotherapy, and compression.
